Membership Policy and Terms
Membership Cancellation Policy
At ISHA Beauty & Wellness, our memberships are designed to support consistent self-care and wellness. All ISHA Beauty & Wellness memberships require a minimum six-month commitment.

Six-Month Commitment
By enrolling in an ISHA Beauty & Wellness membership, you agree to maintain your membership and make all required monthly payments for a minimum of six consecutive months.
Memberships cannot be canceled during the initial six-month commitment period, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by ISHA Beauty & Wellness.
Cancellation After Six Months
After completing the initial six-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing ISHA Beauty & Wellness with at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Depending on the date your cancellation request is received, one final membership payment may be processed during the 30-day notice period.
Payments & Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable once processed. Services or membership benefits that have already been used are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Unused Services & Benefits
Any unused membership services, credits, or benefits must be redeemed before the membership cancellation becomes effective. Unless otherwise specified by ISHA Beauty & Wellness, unused benefits remaining after the effective cancellation date will be forfeited and have no cash value.
Scheduled Appointments
Canceling your membership does not automatically cancel appointments that have already been scheduled. All appointments remain subject to ISHA Beauty & Wellness’s regular appointment cancellation and no-show policies.
Membership Changes or Holds
Requests to freeze, pause, upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify a membership are subject to ISHA Beauty & Wellness’s approval and applicable membership terms.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing an ISHA Beauty & Wellness membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the six-month minimum commitment and this Membership Cancellation Policy.

What is included in the Glow Membership?
We offer three monthly plans valid at our Miami and Coral Gables locations: ISHA Essential ($159/month) includes one monthly regular facial (Hydration, Collagen Boost, or Red Light Therapy); ISHA Signature ($259/month) includes any specialized facial on our menu (such as Deep Glow, Sculpt & Tone, or Acne Rescue, excluding microneedling and body treatments); and ISHA Reserve ($359/month) includes full access to all advanced facials, microneedling, and body contouring. All tiers include a complimentary treatment upgrade during your 6-month term, skincare product discounts, a birthday gift, and member-only offers.
How does the billing work for spa packages?
Billing is processed automatically every month on the anniversary of your signup date. You can manage your payment methods through your member portal.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Because our spa memberships in Miami and Coral Gables are designed for long-term results, all memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. Memberships cannot be canceled during the initial six-month commitment period. After you have completed your initial six consecutive months, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 30 days' written notice prior to your next scheduled billing cycle.
Are memberships valid at all locations?
Absolutely. Your ISHA membership is valid at both our Coral Gables and Miami Shores boutiques, allowing you to book treatments wherever is most convenient.
